Google detected a dangerous vulnerability in Windows 10

Security experts from Google’s Project Zero found a vulnerability of “average severity” in the operating system Windows 10 S. They reported this in the official blog.

According to experts, a breach in the system allows attackers to run arbitrary code to hack the OS, the developers of which during the release of the operating system promised users “optimize security and increase productivity.”

Project Zero employees sent a report on the finding of Microsoft in January. Those promised to close the gap in the system, but after three months and did not fix the vulnerability, so experts had to publish information about it in the public domain.

Specialists from Google explained that to hack a computer hackers will have to get physical access to a PC with Windows 10 S, so ordinary users of ordinary Windows 10 and earlier versions can not be afraid of this.

In mid-April, unknown hackers managed to crack the casino database through a clever thermometer of the decorative aquarium. Attackers used the connection of an Internet-connected thermometer to be attached to the internal network. Relying on this communication channel, they were able to unload the casino database into the cloud.
